The event room can accommodate up to 60 people and can also be divided into two smaller rooms.
The room is fitted with carpet flooring, natural light windows, and blackout curtains. It is accessible without barriers, including by lift, and features a fresh air ventilation system.

- Block setup: 40 people with external setup
